HEKA Euro Lux II Egg Incubator

The showpiece of this incubator is the microprocessor control developed by HEKA. In terms of precise control behavior and extremely high reliability (failure rate of less than 0.1% in the first 5 years), this controller is far superior to all competing products. Temperature, moisture, turning and cooling time can be easily programmed using 4 buttons.

All HEKA incubators with humidification have an absolutely fully automatic humidification system. A water canister is supplied and connected as standard, which serves as a water reservoir for humidification. A low-pressure float valve specially developed for our incubators regulates the water supply from the canister with absolute reliability. When the device is heated up and reheated, a water heater is then activated, which heats the water and allows it to evaporate. Trouble-free and reliable technology for optimal incubation success.

A powerful reversing motor is installed behind the device (external, and covered), which is connected to the incubator trays via a push rod and the white curtain rail (powder-coated aluminum) and automatically pushes them forwards and backwards. Any number of trays can be turned over process rails of different lengths. For optimal incubation results, our fully automatic HEKA incubators are programmed for 12 turns per day - which you can easily change or deactivate.

All incubators of the "HEKA Euro-Lux" series are equipped with an insulating glass pane as standard. The insulation value is decidedly better than single glazing, which noticeably reduces energy consumption. At the same time, an insulating glass door only fogs up from almost 80% rel. air humidity - i.e. only beyond the values that are usually required.
