HEKA brooders are the optimal solution for rearing needs - saving you money (electricity) and time (cleaning). The initial purchase price is higher - but if you consider the service life, this investment pays off quite quickly.
Our plastic brooders, which are made from the same top-quality insulating plastic plates as our incubators, are completely timeless and even better insulated. A service life of over 30 years and more (as with our incubators) can be expected, these boxes are designed in such a way that all technical components can be easily replaced if necessary. Our controller takes care of the precise temperature regulation and ensures maximum reliability.
Furthermore, all of the small details have been addressed: thicker plexiglass panes, the best wire mesh, and the corners of the metal manure drawer are soldered - when used for waterfowl, spilled drinking water stays in the manure drawer and does not run out at the front of the box. The (inevitably) higher price of the plastic brooders is justified by all of these details.
