Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING and SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

 We currently ship by UPS, Federal Express, and LTL freight

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 We offer international orders to both Mexico and Canada. Please contact us directly by email (info@hekaincubators.us) or phone (888-530-7875) prior to placing any orders to ensure we can provide all the needed shipping information and costs.

 

Damaged Shipments

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hekaincubators.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
