Euro-Lux incubators stand out for the warm, inviting character of wood. The frame is made from high-quality, seasoned solid wood. The rest of the cabinet is 21 mm (0.83 in) Goloplan board: coated, bonded in multiple layers and extremely water-resistant. Thanks to these high-quality materials, the cabinet is exceptionally durable. A service life of 20 to 30 years or more is common for HEKA incubators, as used-equipment listings, and their high prices, show.

Where other manufacturers' incubators show wide gaps between panels or crooked controls, you won't find a flaw on a HEKA. Look at how the lid sits flush on the side rails. You also won't find glue or excess silicone inside or outside the unit. Every HEKA is hand-built to the best German craftsmanship.
HEKA for ideal incubation conditions
Every HEKA incubator is designed around a forced-air circulation system, so all the air inside is exchanged evenly. A double-walled cabinet and powerful circulation fans, matched to each model, push air down from the top and draw it back up through the side channels. The result is exceptionally even temperature at every level and on every side of the incubator. With a HEKA, you don't need to move eggs around to make up for warm or cool spots.
HEKA quality, made in Germany
HEKA incubators are made in Germany, with woodworking and electrical installation built to the highest German standards. Where other incubators have a tangle of colored wires, everything in a HEKA is neat and organized. The sensitive control electronics are housed in their own separate enclosure, apart from the rest of the technical compartment. Sealed cable glands keep humidity from the incubation chamber away from the control electronics, for a long controller life. Only high-quality components are used, for trouble-free hatching long after the 2-year warranty ends.
